About the role

n

State Trustees is investing in technology that helps our people deliver better outcomes for Victorians. We're looking for a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to help keep our Salesforce platform secure, reliable and performing at its best.

n

This is a broad technical role combining Salesforce administration, platform operations and DevOps, with a strong focus on automation, environments, releases and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

n

You'll help maintain and evolve our Salesforce platform while enabling teams to deliver new capabilities efficiently and reliably.

n

n
- Manage Salesforce administration, configuration and platform security
n
- Support environments, releases, deployments and CI/CD pipelines
n
- Monitor platform performance and resolve operational issues
n
- Identify automation opportunities and improve platform efficiency
n
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver effective Salesforce solutions
n
- Strengthen governance, DevOps practices and operational standards
n

About You

n





You're a Salesforce skilled who enjoys working across platform operations, technology and business needs. You're comfortable troubleshooting issues, improving processes and finding ways to make a platform more reliable and effective. You'll bring:

- Proven experience supporting a mature Salesforce environment
n
- Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator or equivalent certification
n
- Strong Salesforce configuration, security, Flow and automation experience
n
- Experience with environments, releases and deployment processes
n
- Experience with monitoring, incident management and operational support
n
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD and source control
n
- Solid analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder skills
n

n

Experience with tools such as Copado or Gearset, Salesforce integrations and multiple Salesforce environments would be advantageous.
