Job Description

Nurse Unit Manager Level 2, Outpatients at Shoalhaven Memorial Hospital within ISLHD provides strategic and clinical leadership to ensure secure, high-quality, person-centred care at every stage of the patient journey.

You will lead and develop a multidisciplinary nursing team, champion evidence-based practice and clinical governance, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and patient experience while balancing workforce, resources and financial management.
