You’re ready to play an essential role behind the scenes by providing vital support, ensuring seamless project execution, and playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of transportation.

In this role, you'll:

- Support the delivery of NSW Government vibrancy and public space programs, contributing to the creation of high-quality, walkable and liveable communities across NSW.
- Support the end-to-end administration of complex grant and funding programs, including assessment, contracting, milestone management, acquittals, compliance and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across government, local councils, industry and other delivery partners to drive cooperative outcomes.
- Prepare high-quality briefs, reports, executive updates and program documentation while ensuring strong governance and record management practices.
- Monitor program performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide timely advice to support informed decision-making.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities to support successful program delivery and community outcomes.
- You have experience delivering programs, projects, grants or funding initiatives within a complex stakeholder environment.
- You're a strong relationship builder who can confidently engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.




- You have excellent written communication skills and can prepare concise, high-quality reports, briefs and executive correspondence.
- You bring sound knowledge of governance, compliance, risk management and program delivery practices.
- You're highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- You're passionate about creating great places and communities and are motivated by delivering meaningful outcomes for the people of NSW.

There are two opportunities available: one ongoing (permanent) position and one temporary full-time position (up to 27 months) available offering flexibility for candidates seeking either long-term or fixed-term career opportunities.
