Job Description

- Triage complex escalations and trace system logic
n
- Work with APIs and logs to identify, analyse, and resolve customer issues
n
- Collaborate with developers to drive resolution
n
- Log bugs, test patches, and support product improvements
n
- Prioritise incidents based on impact
n
- Troubleshoot software integration problems including Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks
n
- Provide technical guidance to global helpdesk and support teams
n
- Participate in testing and validation of accounting modules for each release
n
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to workflow improvements
n
- Bridge technology and legal accounting for CORTO's AI-powered accounting tools
n

Requirements

n

n
- Solid background in software support
n
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience
n
- Experience with Postman and SumoLogic
n
- Familiarity with session-based testing environments
n
- Familiarity with debugging tools such as JIRA and Salesforce
n
- Prior experience with LEAP, Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks is an advantage
n
- Proactive mindset with prioritisation and problem-solving skills
n
