We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team, supporting electrical maintenance activities at a major coal export terminal near Mackay, Queensland.

This opportunity would suit an experienced planner with a proven track record planning maintenance for electrical assets and working closely with electrical maintenance teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates based in Mackay and surrounding areas, offering a lifestyle-friendly 4/3 or 5/2 roster that allows you to be home every night.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed electrical maintenance work plans for fixed plant, infrastructure, and associated equipment.
n
- Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable execution of work.
n
- Create work packs, define resource requirements,



and manage maintenance schedules.
n
- Utilise the site CMMS to manage work orders, maintenance planning, and equipment history.
n
- Liaise closely with operations, maintenance, and contractor personnel to optimise maintenance outcomes.
n
- Review maintenance data and performance trends to identify opportunities for reliability improvements.
n

What We're Looking For

n

- Proven experience in maintenance planning, preferably for electrical plant and infrastructure.
n
- Trade-qualified or relevant background in mechanical, electrical, or related maintenance disciplines.
n
- Experience using maintenance management systems (CMMS) and planning tools.
n
- Robust communication, stakeholder engagement, and planning skills.
n
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
n
- Current Australian work rights.
