What you'll be doing:

n

Using innovative, evidence-based skills, as the MyStep to Mental Wellbeing Clinician, you'll provide recovery‐focused support to people presenting with mental health challenges.

n

You will:

n

Conduct comprehensive mental health and risk assessments and develop personalised care plans.

n

Deliver evidence‐based therapeutic interventions including CBT, ACT, DBT and solution‐focused approaches.

n

Work collaboratively through intake, case conferencing, joint sessions,, allied health and community services.

n

Manage and elevate risks to ensure consumer safety.

n

Provide flexible support via face‐to‐face, telehealth and outreach across the region.

n

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and required data reporting (PMHC‐MDS).

n

Your contribution as a healthcare professional will have a meaningful and positive impact, which is felt at a community level.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

n

Current Australian recognised qualification as a Registered Nurse, , Occupational Therapist, Social Worker or Counsellor with PACFA membership and hold current qualified registration with AHPRA or membership of the relevant professional body

n

NSW Working with Children Check

n

Compliance with Category A immunisations

n

Current Australian working rights for duration of this contract
