Senior Advisor Training Design (Graphic)

- Location: Sydney Olympic Park, RFS Headquarters (hybrid/flexible working arrangements considered)

What you’ll be doing:

Design engaging, accessible training resources that help RFS volunteers and staff build skills and protect communities.

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Collaborative graphic design professional with a passion for supporting people by designing clear, accessible and interactive learning resources.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Word, and other contemporary graphic design software.
- Sound judgement and attention to detail.
- Ability to build effective relationships, manage competing priorities and produce quality, compliant training materials, with an appreciation of volunteer-based service and a commitment to supporting RFS members.
- A knowledge of eLearning authoring and video creation tools is advantageous but not essential.
