We are seeking a graduate, to primarily be based at our site at Welshpool, in our Humes division, which is our heavy industrial manufacturing business.

Commencing mid November 2026, this is a 12 month program , where you will work across various sites and teams within the Humes business. You will experience different places, people and functions in real jobs working on real projects.

About You:

Our program is open to those who are currently in their final semester, or those who have recently completed their Bachelor’s degree. You may have studied in areas including:

- Engineering (Civil, Mining, Structural, Mechanical)
- Project Management

This is the ideal opportunity for the adventurous - you may be required to live and work in regional and/or interstate locations, for extended periods. You will get practical, unfiltered exposure to all facets of our business, which are the foundations on which to build a well rounded career. You must be the kind of person who enjoys donning PPE, wearing work boots, and learning from our amazing team ‘on the ground’.

You’ll need to

- Be an Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident
- Be able to commence full time employment in mid November 2026
- Take part in pre employment checks, including a medical and criminal history check
