Evolution Skilled Solution (ESS) is looking for a driven 360 Recruitment Account Manager to help expand our recruitment and labour hire business.

If you’re confident in business development, client relationship management, and sales, this is an opportunity to take ownership of your accounts and play a key role in growing the business.

The Role

- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Grow existing accounts and generate new revenue
- Understand client workforce needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Manage the full sales and account management process
- Work closely with recruitment teams to deliver quality candidates

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment, labour hire, sales, or account management




- Strong business development and negotiation skills
- Confident communication and relationship-building abilities
- Commercially driven and target-focused
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Own laptop and mobile phone
