Accounting Experts Needed — AI Training & Evaluation Pilot (Remote, $100 AUD/hr + $50 Bonus)

We are looking for finance professionals, accountants, and financial analysts to contribute their domain expertise to a 2-week pilot campaign aimed at testing and evaluating advanced AI models.

About the Role This is a flexible, contract-based engagement focused on testing where current AI models excel and fail when handling complex financial tasks. Depending on the task, you will:

- Draft Complex Prompts: Create realistic financial scenarios, research requests, and workflows (e.g., financial modeling, data extraction, procurement, or auditing).
- Test & Challenge Models: Run prompts against AI models to surface failure modes and increase task complexity.
- Build Evaluation Rubrics: Write objective, checklist-style scoring frameworks so peer reviewers can accurately evaluate model outputs.

What we're looking for

- Deep QuickBooks Expertise: Extensive, hands-on experience using QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop) for complex bookkeeping, reconciliation, categorization, and financial reporting. Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor status is a major plus.
- Strong Accounting Background: Robust knowledge of core accounting principles,



chart of accounts management, general ledger maintenance, and financial statement preparation.
- Proficiency with Financial Deliverables: Proven experience generating and analyzing financial reports, working with Excel spreadsheets, financial models, CSV exports, and PDF reports.
- High Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy in recording transactions, auditing ledger entries, and maintaining clear written communication.
- Secure Working Workplace: Must perform all work on a secure personal or corporate device (use of public or shared computers is strictly prohibited).
- Bonus: Prior experience training, evaluating, or prompt engineering for AI models on platforms such as RLHF, DataAnnotation, Outlier, Scale AI, or similar platforms.
