Your new company
Our client is a well-established organisation based in Perth's western suburbs, conveniently located close to public transport and local amenities. They are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team on a temporary basis to provide cover during a period of leave. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a busy finance function and commence immediately.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining approvals for supplier invoices
- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- High-volume data entry of invoices
- Preparing payment runs, including staff expense claims
- Maintaining accurate filing and records management
- Supporting the Accounts Payable function to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Knowledge of NetSuite would be advantageous
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using ERP systems, with NetSuite experience is highly regarded
- Immediate availability or the ability to commence at short notice
