ADA (Australian Defence Apparel) is Australia's leading manufacturer of military uniforms and a trusted provider of creative uniform solutions across Defence, Law Enforcement, Healthcare, and Corporate sectors.
We are seeking a customer-focused professional to provide uniform fittings, garment measurements, order processing, and exceptional customer service. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate customer records and supporting the delivery of ADA's contract services.
About You
- 2-3 years' experience in customer service, retail, or administration
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Ability to conduct garment fittings, measurements, or apparel sizing
- Strong attention to detail with experience processing orders and maintaining accurate records
Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
