About the Role
We are seeking an organised Export & Sales Administration Assistant to join our team on a 4 month fixed-term contract in a job share arrangement 4 days per week.
Supporting export operations, sales administration and accounts processes, this role is responsible for coordinating export documentation, liaising with freight forwarders and international customers, maintaining accurate sales records, and assisting with customer payment reconciliations. Flexibility to provide occasional weekend and after-hours support is essential during the season.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate export shipments and prepare export documentation.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, international customers, and documentation teams.
- Support customer payment reconciliations and export cost allocations.
- Maintain accurate sales, export, and financial records.
- Provide updates and reporting to support export sales operations.
- Assist with customer order management and sales administration.
About You
- Previous administration experience, preferably in export, sales, or accounts support.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
