What you'll be doing
As an Administration Officer, you'll provide high-quality administrative and reception support that enables clinical teams to deliver effective community-based care. You'll combine exceptional customer service with strong organisation, accuracy and digital administration skills.
- Manage reception, switchboard and waiting-room activities, responding professionally to diverse consumer needs.
- Coordinate appointments, client records, data entry, correspondence, meetings and day-to-day administrative requirements.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and process scheduling, roster, transactions and service requests.
- Coordinate stationery, clinical supplies, equipment and other resources to keep services operating efficiently.
- Support WHS, quality, accreditation, incident management and continuous improvement activities across community health services.

How to Apply
Apply online by submitting your resume and addressing the criteria listed below by providing examples that demonstrate your ability before the closing date.
1. Holds a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent, or is willing to undertake this level training.
2. Extensive experience in an administrative role,
with demonstrated experience in exceptional customer service skills the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
3. Excellent written communication skills, and demonstrated experience producing complex documents such as meeting minutes, briefs, and reports and spread sheets.
4. Demonstrated experience using a variety of data, record keeping and ordering systems, computer applications and electronic health record systems.
5. Demonstrated initiative, organisational and time management skills and ability to manage responsibilities within required timeframes under broad supervision.
6. Ability to work autonomously and actively participate within a multidisciplinary team.
7. Experience supporting clinical teams and/or the implementation of recent systems in a health care or similar setting.
8. Current NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to use for work purposes.
