We are a growing family electrical contracting business looking for a highly organised and capable person who will work closely with the business owner, assisting with electrical quotes and tenders, reviewing plans and take-offs, preparing documents and helping keep the tender and administration process organised. This is not a senior estimator position.

Responsibilities

· Prepare quotes, tender submissions and contracts.

· Maintain contracts, project files and compliance records

· Manage correspondence with builders, clients and suppliers

· Obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing

· Maintain organised electronic filing and document management systems

· Assist with general office administration

· Attend occasional site visits or meetings when required

· Client liaison – emails, phone calls, follow-ups and documentation

About you

· Read and understand electrical/construction plans (Preferred but not essential)

· Current driver's licence and own vehicle

· White Card, or willing to obtain one





· Able to work remotely with a suitable home office

· Some Construction industry knowledge

· Excellent document management and organisation

· Strong Microsoft 365 skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive

· Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

· Tech savvy and quick to learn and/ or implement recent systems
