About the Role

As a Personal Carer, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. You’ll support their independence, dignity, and wellbeing in a comfortable and homelike environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting residents with daily living activities (e.g., personal care, mobility, meals)
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and reporting changes to nursing staff
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and caring setting

About You We’re looking for people who are:

- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Committed to delivering exceptional care
- Hold current National Police Certificate and have up-to-date vaccinations
