Set on 60 scenic acres in Myalup, halfway between Mandurah and Bunbury, our family-friendly brewery brings together great food, craft beer and relaxed South West hospitality.
Whether you’re a versatile all-rounder, an experienced section chef or someone with a passion for pizza (and beer), we’d love to hear from you.
The Prospect
We’re looking for chefs who take pride in their food and enjoy working together to deliver a great dining experience. You’ll contribute to everyday service and functions, bringing consistency, organisation and fresh ideas to the kitchen.
Your role will include:
- Preparing and delivering consistently high-quality food
- Working across kitchen sections according to your skills and experience
- Keeping preparation organised and service running smoothly
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards
- Supporting your teammates during busy services
- Contributing ideas to dishes, menus and kitchen improvements
About You
You’re an experienced chef with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a practical approach to getting the job done.
We’re looking for:
- Experience in a busy restaurant, pub, brewery or similar kitchen
- A commitment to quality, presentation and consistency
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Reliability and the ability to stay organised under pressure
- Availability for weekends, public holidays and functions
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
Pizza experience is welcome, but isn’t essential for every role.
