An exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated and experienced Transport Supervisor to become a vital part of our growing team.
We are a 24/7 operation, and this role is based on a Sunday to Wednesday roster, scheduled to best support the needs of the role and business operations.

Roster & Hours
- Shifts:
- 4:00am- 4:00pm
- Sunday to Wednesday
- Options for more days if desired
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely tracking and data entry
- Ensuring all driver paperwork is completed daily
- Planning and scheduling local pickups and deliveries
- Identifying and resolving operational issues as they arise
- Making confident, informed decisions under pressure
- Maintaining compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
- Transparent and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Promoting and supporting a safe and healthy work environment
- Participating in safety initiatives and toolbox talks
- Optimising load capacities for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Leading by example – professional presentation and high standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Minimum 2 years experience in an operations or supervisory role within the heavy vehicle industry
- Ability to provide up to date, contactable references
- Willingness to learn internal software systems
- Capable of performing under pressure in a time-critical environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Current forklift licence
- This is a hands on role so experience loading and unloading trucks
