About Us Gateway Health is a not-for-profit community health service delivering primary health and welfare services to individuals, families, and communities across Northeast Victoria and parts of Southern New South Wales. About the Role

This is a rewarding part-time opportunity (60.8 hours per fortnight) based in Wodonga, where you’ll support clients through comprehensive AOD assessments, develop individualised treatment plans and connect clients with the right internal and external services to meet their needs. You’ll also provide brief interventions and bridging support, helping clients achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.

This role is classified under the Community Health Centre (Stand Alone Services) Social and Community Service Employees (SACS) Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022 level 4 or 5 dependent on experience ($46.70 - $55.84 + superannuation)

Skills & Experience To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Health Sciences, Behavioural and Social Sciences or relevant equivalent studies.




- Minimum 2 years experience in the AOD sector or with people experiencing AOD issues, or with people with complex needs including AOD issues as well as knowledge of the co-occuring intersectionality of AOD and other factors.
- Knowledge of AOD, mental health and family violence legisialtion and guidelines.
- Understanding of therapeutic approaches i.e. clients centred/strength based practice.
