As we continue to grow, we’re looking for two go getters who are passionate about renewable energy and enjoy supporting both customers and our sales team.

Join our high-performing solar crew as a Appointment Setter and help us deliver sustainable energy solutions across Sydney.

What you’ll do as a Appointment Setter:

- Assist with setting appointments with warm leads (No cold calling)
- Update and maintain lead and appointment sheets, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
- Support the sales team with admin tasks such as data entry, document management, and CRM updates
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing friendly and professional service
- Prepare and send out information packs, proposals, and promotional materials
- Coordinate with the sales and installation teams to ensure smooth handover of customer information
- Assist with monthly communication to warm leads through promotional updates




- Jump in to help with other office tasks as needed. We’re a team that helps each other out!

What we’re looking for:

- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both on the phone and in writing
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using a variety of tools and applications (experience with CRMs is a bonus)
- Proactive, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Customer-focused mindset and a positive attitude
- Previous experience in sales support, admin, or customer service is highly regarded
- A bit of common sense and initiative (you can see what needs doing and get stuck in)
