Wage is determined via Fairwork website for Apprentices Qualifications and year level.
Applicants must be reliable & committed to learning their Chef trade. You will learn many skills - actually learning to cook meals under instruction from our Italian Head Chef. Applicant should be Self motivated and keen for the chance, must be able to listen and follow instructions. Unlike many other first year apprenticeships you will learn to cook.... not just prep work and doing dishes.
