We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Client Services Coordinator to join our Advisory team in South Yarra. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, loves building relationships and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support.

As a Client Services Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting our accountants and helping clients navigate their business and compliance needs.
n
Working closely with your allocated pod, you'll coordinate client communications, manage engagements and documentation, assist with corporate administration, and help ensure our team delivers a seamless client experience from start to finish.
n
You'll be a trusted point of contact for both clients and team members, helping keep workflows organised, deadlines on track and information flowing smoothly
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Act as a first point of contact for clients via phone and email
n
- Coordinate communication between clients and accountants
n
- Manage engagements, renewals and expiries through Ignition
n
- Collect and manage client documentation
n
- Prepare documents for signing and manage electronic signature workflows
n
- Support invoicing, debtor follow-ups and WIP management
n
- Maintain accurate client records across systems
n
- Assist with ASIC, corporate and compliance administration
n
- Prepare and collate documents for financial institutions and client requests
n
- Respond to ATO correspondence and support administrative ATO enquiries
n
- Coordinate meetings, diary management and general team administration
n
- Support internal projects and training initiatives as required
n

Experience & Skills
n
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
n
n
- 3-5 years' experience in an administration or client services role
n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilitiesExperience within an accounting or professional services environment (highly regarded but not essential)
n
- A basic understanding of accounting and taxation terminology (beneficial)
n
