Job Description

Sydney Local Health District invites applications for a Clinical Nurse Specialist (Grade 2) in the Aged Care Day Hospital at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. The CNS2 coordinates clinics, triages referrals, provides case management and patient education, and delivers advanced clinical care for older adults with complex rehab needs.

This permanent full time role requires AHPRA RN registration, post-graduate qualifications, and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with opportunities to work
