Aurizon is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist for a 12-month fixed term contract, with the option of a permanent opportunity. The role supports enterprise bargaining, dispute resolution and ER strategy across a national footprint of over 6,000 employees, with adaptable location in Brisbane or Perth.
You will partner with business leaders, advise on complex ER matters and help shape employee relations initiatives within Aurizon’s large transport and rail operations.
