Key responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and increase market share across the Foot & Ankle portfolio.
n
- Build strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital stakeholders.
n
- Provide clinical support in operating theatres, assisting surgeons and theatre teams during procedures.
n
- Deliver product demonstrations, education, and training to customers.
n
- Support inventory management and ensure product availability for surgical cases.
n
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships.
n

Required skills and experience
n
n
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales or allied health experience and a strong interest in medical device sales.
n
- Robust commercial acumen and the ability to achieve targets.
n
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence a variety of stakeholders.
n
- High levels of motivation, resilience, and accountability.
n
- Willingness to learn clinical concepts and operate confidently within a healthcare environment.
n

Preferred

- Knowledge of anatomy, orthopaedics, biomechanics, or surgical environments.
n
- Experience working with clinicians, healthcare professionals, or hospital customers.
