Accounts Receivable/Credit Control | West Perth | Temporary Role

They are seeking an experienced Credit Control / Accounts Receivable Officer to join their friendly finance team on a temporary basis. Conveniently located in West Perth and easily accessible via public transport, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative workplace.

Your current role

- Proactively following up outstanding invoices via phone and email
- Reconciling accounts and resolving payment discrepancies
- Allocating daily receipts and processing payments
- Investigating and resolving billing queries
- Preparing aged debtor reports and providing collection updates

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience in Credit Control, Collections, or Accounts Receivable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders




- High attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Immediate availability or ability to commence by the end of September
