THE ROLE

With a strong pipeline of projects progressing into delivery, Blackburne is seeking an Assistant Development Manager to join our Developments team and help deliver some of Perth's most prestigious premium living projects.

Working alongside experienced Development Managers, you will be actively involved in the delivery of major developments and gain exposure across design, procurement, construction, commercial management, completion and handover.

This is an opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and project ownership as your experience develops.

Responsibilities will include

- Supporting Development Managers in the delivery of major development projects.
- Coordinating architects, engineers, builders, consultants and other project stakeholders.
- Assisting with project programmes, budgets, risks and development milestones.
- Coordinating and reviewing design documentation and consultant deliverables.
- Monitoring project and construction progress and following up key actions and deliverables.
- Assisting with consultant appointments,



scopes and administration.
- Preparing and maintaining project reports, budgets, forecasts and other development documentation.
- Coordinating with Blackburne's sales, marketing, finance and property teams throughout project delivery.
- Assisting with authority, statutory and development approval requirements.
- Supporting project completion, settlement and handover activities.
- Taking ownership of individual project workstreams as your experience and capability develop.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are looking for a motivated development professional ready to take the next step in their career and build their experience delivering high-quality property projects.

You will ideally

- hold a relevant tertiary qualification;
- have relevant experience in property development, construction, project management or a related field;
- have exposure to multi-residential, mixed-use or other complex property projects;
- possess solid problem-solving and organisational skills;
- be a confident communicator and team player; and
- be proactive, accountable and eager to take on greater responsibility.
