About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early childhood leader to join a highly regarded Independent School Early Learning Centre and become part of a supportive and established leadership team.
Working closely with experienced leaders, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, mentoring educators and driving quality outcomes across the service.
This role is ideally suited to an experienced Assistant Director or senior early childhood leader looking to build on their existing leadership experience and take the next step in their career. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of leadership responsibilities, including team development, compliance, occupancy, family engagement and quality improvement.
The centre is passionate about investing in its people and developing future leaders. With ongoing mentoring, professional development and a strong focus on succession planning, you'll have the opportunity to further develop your leadership capability and take on increased responsibility as your career progresses.

Who We're Looking For
✔ Diploma or Bachelor qualified (ACECQA approved)
✔ Previous leadership experience within an Early Childhood Education and Care setting
✔ Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF and National Quality Standards
✔ Experience mentoring and supporting educators
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Organised, proactive and passionate about delivering quality outcomes for children and families
✔ An ambitious leader looking to continue developing their skills and progress their career

- Lead, mentor and inspire educators to achieve excellence in practice
