The Role Working closely with an experienced Strata Manager, you’ll provide day‑to‑day support across a portfolio of buildings while developing your career in strata.

Your responsibilities will include

- Supporting a Strata Manager with portfolio management
- Strata administration and ad‑hoc administrative duties




- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Liaising with stakeholders including Owners Corporations and trades
- Assisting with risk and insurance matters (annual fire safety & insurance checks, quotations)
- Learning all aspects of strata operations with full training provided

About You
- Experience in strata administration, real estate, or property management is desirable, but not essential
- Alternatively, you bring strong transferable skills and a genuine interest in the property/strata sector
- A positive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong written skills with the ability to draft clear and professional correspondence
- Resilient, organised, and able to work to deadlines
- High level of personal presentation and strong verbal communication
