Chamberlains Law Firm is growing, and we are looking for a high-performing Associate-level, Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to join our Sydneyoffice. The Role

This role offers exposure to a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, including:

· Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements

· Advising on business structuring, governance and regulatory compliance

· Supporting mergers, acquisitions and business sales

· Managing general corporate advisory work for a diverse portfolio of clients

· Working closely with Partners and senior lawyers on complex transactions

· Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality,



commercial legal advice while contributing to the continued growth of the Sydney practice.

About You

We are seeking a motivated and commercially astute lawyer with:

· 3–6 years’ PAE in corporate and commercial law

· Experience gained in a reputable private practice or in-house environment

· Strong drafting, negotiation and advisory skills

· A proactive mindset and genuine interest in business and commercial outcomes

· Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach

· Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
