Kennedys is seeking a motivated and ambitious Associate to join our growing Liability practice in Sydney.

Working closely with Lucinda Lyons, one of Australia's leading personal injury lawyers, and a team of experienced insurance specialists, you'll gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of complex liability and personal injury matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to deepen their expertise, take on meaningful responsibility, and accelerate their development within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Opportunity

You'll work across a diverse range of insurance and liability matters, including:

- High-value personal injury claims
- Product and public liability disputes
- Defective premises and property damage matters
- Complex litigated and pre-litigation files

This role offers direct client exposure, close partner mentorship, and the chance to work alongside highly regarded practitioners on sophisticated and often market-leading matters.

What We're Looking For

- Approximately 2 to 4 years' PQE in insurance litigation, personal injury or liability matters




- Strong litigation and dispute resolution skills
- Solid understanding of personal injury and liability principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients, experts and colleagues
- A proactive, collaborative approach and desire to continue developing your career in insurance law
