We're looking for an experienced Baker to join our busy cookie bakery. You'll be responsible for baking high volumes of cookies whilst maintaining the quality and consistency our customers expect.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who works efficiently, taekes pride in their work and performs well in a fast-paced production setting.

- Monday to Friday
- 5:00am – 1:30pm
- Full time
- No weekends
Your responsibilities:
- Bake high volumes of cookies accoding to daily production schedules
- Prepare, operate and monitor ovens throughout each bake
- Check product quality, appearance and consistency
- Follow recipes, baking procedures and production workflows, and maintain production records
- Work closely with the Production Manager to achieve daily production targets
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and quality standards
- keep baking equipment and work areas clean and organised
- Support the wider bakery team as required
About you
- Previous commercial baking or high-volume food production experience is essential
- Strong understanding of baking techniques and product consistency
- Able to safely lift and carry 15–20kg as part of daily production duties.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Reliable, proactive and takes pride in your work
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a team
Peak trading periods As a food manufacturing business, all team members are expected to be available during our busiest seasons:
- Easter
- Winter (June–September)
- Christmas
Location Our bakery is currently located in Silverwater, NSW.
Towards the end of 2026, we'll be relocating to our new production facility in Chullora, NSW as part of our continued growth. Successful applicants will begin working in Silverwater before transitioning with the team to Chullora, so applicants should be comfortable travelling to both locations.
