The Opportunity

We are seeking a Full-Time talented & energetic Bar Supervisor, someone who is eager to develop their skills and lead our team in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

- Prior supervisory or proven experience as a Bartender in a bar or gastro pub and high-volume setting.
- Strong knowledge of a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and provide exceptional customer service.
- The ability to multitask and keep your cool in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
- A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (non-negotiable)
- Excellent time management skills to ensure drinks are prepared in a timely manner.
