The Opportunity

We are seeking talented and energetic Bartenders to join our team in a fast-paced, pub-style environment. We’re looking for someone who brings flair, professionalism and a genuine smile to every shift, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests while working collaboratively with the team.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience as a Bartender in a bar or gastro pub and high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.
- A passion for food and beverage, a strong focus on customer service,



and a genuine desire for crafting memorable experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and provide exceptional customer service.
- The ability to multitask and keep your cool in a rapid-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
- Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
- Current Victorian RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate (non-negotiable)
