Designed with MEN in mind and welcoming everyone, we provide advanced skin and laser treatments, personalised facials, body treatments, hair removal, therapeutic massage and premium spa experiences within one skilled and inclusive destination.

We are expanding our team and looking for a versatile, experienced Beauty and Dermal Therapist. We are particularly interested in Registered or Enrolled Nurses who also have practical experience in beauty, dermal, skin and laser treatments.

This is a varied, hands-on position for someone who enjoys performing different treatments, achieving meaningful results and developing lasting relationships with clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Depending on your qualifications, training and demonstrated competency, your responsibilities may include:

- Comprehensive skin consultations and assessments
- Personalised treatment planning
- Advanced and traditional facials
- Q-switched laser treatments
- IPL skin treatments
- Laser hair removal
- HydraFacial treatments
- Chemical and enzyme peels
- Microneedling
- Microdermabrasion
- Dermaplaning
- DermaFrac treatments
- LED light therapy
- Body treatments
- Waxing, including intimate waxing
- Product and home-care recommendations
- Maintaining accurate treatment notes and client records
- Supporting the daily presentation, hygiene and organisation of the clinic

Applicants with current nursing registration may also have the opportunity to undertake appropriate clinical responsibilities within their professional scope, education, training and demonstrated competency.

ABOUT YOU

You will ideally have

- A Diploma of Beauty Therapy, Dermal Therapy qualification or another relevant recognised qualification
- At least two years of recent experience in a skin clinic,



medispa or advanced beauty environment
- Practical experience delivering a broad range of beauty and advanced skin treatments
- Experience with laser, IPL or other energy-based devices
- Robust knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, contraindications and treatment safety
- Confidence conducting consultations and creating personalised treatment plans
- Confidence recommending appropriate treatments, programs and home care
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong time-management and organisational abilities
- Confidence using booking systems, computers and clinical documentation
- A professional, mature and collaborative approach
- A genuine commitment to learning and professional development
- Valid Australian working rights

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse will be highly regarded, particularly when combined with practical beauty, dermal and laser-treatment experience.

Please note that nursing registration alone is not sufficient for this position. Applicants must also have relevant hands-on skin, dermal or beauty-treatment experience.
