The Opportunity

An chance now exists for a 3–5 PQE tax lawyer to join this high-performing and close-knit team. Working closely with experienced senior practitioners, you will be involved in sophisticated advisory work and play a meaningful role in client outcomes.

This is a role with real variety and direct exposure to clients, where you will move beyond purely technical work and develop as a trusted adviser over time.

The Role

This position will see you working across a broad range of tax and structuring matters, including:

n

- Advising on structures for companies, trusts and private groups
n
- International and cross-border tax issues
n
- Tax residency and regulatory considerations
n
- Succession planning and intergenerational wealth strategies
n

n

You will work as part of an integrated team, contributing to complex matters that require both technical excellence and commercial insight.

The Person We Seek

n

We are interested in hearing from tax lawyers with 3–5 years' PQE, ideally from a reputable law firm or accounting environment.

You will:

- Have strong technical tax skills and attention to detail
n
- Be commercially minded and solutions-focused
n
- Enjoy working closely with clients and building relationships
n
- Be interested in a more integrated, advisory style of practice
