About the Role You'll be responsible for the servicing, maintenance and commissioning of critical cooling and UPS/Power systems across commercial and data centre sites in Canberra.
n
Datacentre work is clean, ground-level maintenance on computer room air-conditioning (CRAC) units — no ceiling access required. Technicians are rotated between datacentre and general maintenance work to keep the role varied.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Service, maintain and troubleshoot critical cooling and UPS/Power systems on client sites
n
- Commission computer room air-conditioning (CRAC) units
n
- Represent our client professionally as a frontline technician in front of their customers
n
- Work independently or as part of a team, prioritising your own workload across sites
n
- Maintain accurate service documentation and records
n
- Maintain compliance with safety and WHS standards
n
n
What You Bring
n
n
- Certificate III – Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
n
- Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- Minimum 5 years' industry experience
n
- Experience commissioning computer room air-conditioning (CRAC) units
n
- Restricted Electrical Licence
n
- White Card and Working at Heights ticket
n
- Contractor/Supervisor Licence — desirable, not essential
n
- Strong customer service, organisational and time management skills
n
- Computer literate — Microsoft Teams, Word and Outlook
n
n
