Are you an experienced Enrolled Nurse with a passion for aged care? Brightwater is currently seeking dedicated professionals withat least 2 years of aged care experienceto join ourCentralised Relief Staff Pool.

n

This permanent prospect offers guaranteed hours and the chance to work across multiple residential aged care facilities, covering planned leave for our existing team members.

n

Facility Locations:

n

n
- Central:Onslow Gardens (Subiaco), Redcliffe, Inglewood, The Village (Inglewood), Birralee (Innaloo)
n

n

To be eligible, you must be available to work across all facilities within your chosen pool region.

n

As a valued member of the Brightwater Residential Aged Care team, you'll collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support our clients' independence, dignity, and quality of life.

n

What's required from you:

n

n
- To be considered you must be available aminimumof 3 weekdays (Monday to Friday) each week.
n
- You must be available at least 2 different shift types (Morning and Afternoon) the more days you are available, the more hours we can guarantee.
n
- Suitable pool employee can be offered permanent part timecontractsup to 60 hours per fortnight.
n

n

To be suitable for this role, you must possess:

n

n
- Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
n
- Minimum of 2 years post grad experience within aged care.
n




- Deliver a strong clinical care service.
n
- Haveexcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
n
- Demonstratethe ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach.
n
- Beable to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus onour clients.
n
- A satisfactory National PoliceClearance that is less than 12 months old
n
- FirstAid Certificate (less than 3 years old)
n
- A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check
n

Responsibilities include:

n

Ensuring the holistic needs of our clients are met in accordance with their Care Plan by facilitating a variety of therapeutic and recreational programs.

n

Contributing to the development of innovative therapy programs to improve the wellbeing of our clients.
