At Opal HealthCare, we're dedicated to bringing joy to those we care for. We're looking for an experienced Regional Property Manager to join our Property team and lead property operations across a portfolio of care communities within Melbourne.

About The Role:

n

This is a fantastic opportunity for a property or facilities management professional who enjoys leading teams, delivering projects, ensuring compliance, and influencing business outcomes in a purpose-driven organisation.

What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Lead and support Maintenance Officers across multiple care communities in Melbourne.
n
- Drive property compliance, preventative maintenance and asset performance.
n
- Manage repairs, maintenance and capital works projects.
n
- Oversee contractor performance and service delivery.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve safety, compliance, cost efficiency and operational outcomes.
n
- Support new home commissioning, project delivery and defect management.
n
- Partner with operational leaders to create safe,



welcoming and well-maintained environments for residents and teams.

About You:

n

n
- Proven experience in Property or Facilities Management across multiple sites is preferred
n
- Background in Aged Care, Healthcare, Hospitality or another highly regulated environment is ideal
n
- Robust knowledge of Building Codes, Australian Standards, WHS and compliance requirements
n
- Experience delivering refurbishment, maintenance and capital works projects
n
- A confident people leader with excellent stakeholder management skills
n
- Commercially minded with strong budgeting and problem-solving capability
n
