Sharp & Carter is partnering with a well-established professional services business to recruit a HR Consultant for their growing team. This opportunity is ideally suited to a HR Advisor or HR Generalist looking to take the next step in their career and build capability in a consultative HR environment.

Working across a diverse portfolio of teams supporting professionals in clinical and healthcare-related settings, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of HR activities while developing your skills as a trusted HR consultant. This role offers excellent variety, stakeholder engagement, and the opportunity to learn from experienced HR professionals within a purpose-led organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job advertising, position descriptions, onboarding, and candidate coordination
- Provide first-line HR advice across employee relations, performance management, and workplace matters, with guidance from senior team members where required
- Assist with the review and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, contracts, and compliance documentation
- Support organisational reviews, HR projects, and workforce planning initiatives
- Assist with employee lifecycle processes including restructures, redeployment, and offboarding
- Help develop and deliver HR resources, training materials,



and people-focused initiatives
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
- Maintain accurate HR records and support compliance with privacy, employment, and WHS obligations

About You

- Proven experience in a HR role, ideally within professional services, healthcare, consulting, or another regulated environment
- Strong foundational HR generalist experience with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and HR advisory activities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Keen to develop a consulting mindset and build confidence in client-facing environments
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
