Join the Centre for Non-Violence (CNV) in Echuca as a clinician in the Safe, Thriving & Connected program as part of a regional, multidisciplinary partnership that helps to deliver integrated and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to victim-survivors.

Hourly rate of $54.77 to $57.25

About the Role

n

As a Therapeutic Clinician, you will:

n

n
- Provide high quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions for adult and child victim-survivors.
n
- Conduct specialised assessments, including therapeutic readiness and risk considerations.
n
- Develop explicit, collaborative treatment plans that support healing and resilience.
n
- Facilitate individual and group therapeutic programs.
n
- Work closely with consortium partners to ensure integrated and culturally safe client support.
n
- Contribute to service improvement, evaluation and best practice development across the therapeutic stream.

About You
n We're looking for someone who is:

n

- Clinically confident,



reflective and committed to ongoing growth.
n
- Skilled in trauma-informed practice, with experience supporting both adults and children.
n
- Grounded in feminist practice and understands the gendered nature of family violence.
n
- Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary, values driven organisation.
n
- Committed to cultural safety, including working respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and diverse communities.
n
- Motivated by meaningful therapeutic work rather than high volume case turnover.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or related field.
n
- Minimum 3 years' experience in therapeutic practice.
n
