We currently have multiple GP VMO opportunities across Tasmania and Western NSWfor experienced doctors looking to broaden their clinical skills, maintain their Emergency Department experience and become part of a supportive rural medical community.

These positions provide an excellent opportunity for doctors from a variety of backgrounds who are interested in rural generalism, hospital-based work and a pathway to Vocational Registrationthrough one of the GP colleges, including RACGP or ACRRM.

Who we're looking for
n
We have opportunities for both:
n
n
- Fellowed GPs with FRACGP or FACRRMwho have VMO, Emergency Department or rural hospital experience and are looking for a long-term rural GP VMO or Rural Generalist role
n
- Experienced non-VR doctorswith at least 3 years of postgraduate medical experience who are interested in rural general practice, hospital medicine and progressing towards Fellowship
n

For eligible doctors who are not yet Vocationally Registered, Ochre Health can support pathways towards Fellowship through:

n
- RACGP Fellowship Support Program (FSP)

- ACRRM Independent Pathway (IP)
