Job Description

Act for Kids on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced leader to oversee and support practitioners, providing coaching, supervision and professional development to strengthen family outcomes.

The role focuses on guiding child protection risk, safety planning and case management, while mentoring staff in evidence-informed frameworks and facilitating supervision. It is a full time backfill until 27 November 2026 under SCHCADS Level 6, open to internal candidates.
