The Role
We are seeking reliable Blueberry Packers to join a busy berry fruit operation in Wamuran, QLD. Working in a quick-paced packing environment, you will be part of a team focused on preparing quality fruit for distribution while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy and productivity. This is a hands-on role suited to people who enjoy practical work, can follow instructions and are comfortable working to daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities
You will support the efficient packing and movement of berry fruit while helping maintain product quality and accurate records. You will work closely with supervisors and other team members to meet production and quality expectations.
- Pack berries into containers accurately and efficiently
- Stack packed products onto pallets
- Move pallets in and out of cool room areas
- Label products correctly
- Maintain straightforward production and packing records
- Check fruit quality and identify any issues
- Report faults, damaged fruit or other concerns to supervisors
- Meet expected packing and productivity KPIs
- Complete other reasonable tasks as requested by your supervisor
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times

Your Skills & Experience
- Previous packing experience is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Comfortable completing repetitive and physical tasks
- Good attention to detail, particularly when checking and labelling fruit
- Able to follow instructions and meet workplace KPIs
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
