The Role
Woodville Alliance is seeking a Brand and Communication Specialist to support consistent, high-quality brand, marketing and communication activities across the organisation. This role will help deliver engaging content, digital updates, campaigns and branded communication materials that strengthen our community profile and client experience. This is a permanent part-time prospect, 24 hours per week, with hybrid work arrangements.
Main Duties
- Deliver approved brand, marketing and communication activities across internal and external channels.
- Develop clear,
accessible and audience-appropriate written and digital content for clients, staff, community members and stakeholders.
- Maintain brand consistency across templates, publications, campaigns, digital channels and promotional materials.
- Coordinate marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns, including supplier liaison, content development and progress tracking.
- Support digital engagement, customer journey and brand experience initiatives by collating feedback, insights and engagement data.
Selection Criteria
- Relevant qualification in communications, marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience delivering communications, marketing, campaigns, content development, digital communication or brand-related activities.
- Strong writing, editing and organisational skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, external providers and community stakeholders, with a commitment to social justice, access and equity.
