Builder’s Cleaner / Trainee Caulker Positions Available

Ideal Cleans is growing and looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our team.

We specialise in builder’s cleans, silicone installation (caulking) and acid pressure washing in the residential construction industry.

Work is mainly between Ipswich and Logan (some jobs further out).

Monday–Friday

Start 6:30–7:00am

35–40 hours per week

$35.10 per hour + super

This is physically demanding construction work — not general house cleaning. You must be physically fit and ready for a hard day’s work.

No experience needed — full training provided

Long-term, full time position

All equipment and products supplied

You MUST have:

Reliable car

Valid driver’s licence

Strong work ethic

White card or willingness to obtain.

No subcontractors / ABN workers

No international students, backpackers or working holiday visa holders.

No pairs applying together

No prior experience is required as we provide full training in our processes and procedures and supply all product, equipment and chemicals.

Job Type: Full-time
