Role Description The Building Maintenance Handyman is a full-time, on-site role based in Brisbane, QLD, responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and repair of commercial and mixed-use properties.

Key Responsibilities

- General building maintenance and repairs
- Painting, plastering and tenancy make-good works
- Lighting and minor plumbing works
- Reactive maintenance and tenant support
- Identifying maintenance issues and recommending solutions
- Supervising tenant fit-outs, move-ins and move-outs
- Collaboration with property managers, tenants, and service providers is required to resolve issues efficiently and maintain a high standard of service.

Skill & Experience

Qualifications

- Building maintenance or handyman experience
- Skills across general repairs, painting,



carpentry, basic plumbing and maintenance
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
- Qualified communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
- Stable employment history and commitment to long-term employment
- Trade qualification or relevant maintenance experience highly regarded
- Valid driver’s licence
- Australian Permanent Residency or unrestricted work rights required
