About the role As the residential Business Development you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and overall success of depatment This is a full-time position that will see you leading, identify and secure new business opportunities, while also managing existing client relationships.

What you'll be doing

- Developing and implementing effective business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market share
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
- Preparing and delivering high-quality proposals and presentations to prospective clients
- Monitoring KPI's to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our business objectives
- Collaborating with other departments to enhance the service offering and deliver exceptional customer experiences

What we're looking for

- Experience in a BD position or a similar business development role
- A valid WA Real Estate Registration




- Proven track record of success in securing new clients and growing a property management portfolio
- Strong understanding of the local Perth real estate market and the key drivers within the industry
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team
