About the role

- Manage Channel Partner facing activities and oversee all student recruitment activities in the region
- Improves the effectiveness of the organization and enhances productivity, efficiency and sales procedures and best practices
- Hires, supervises, develops and mentors staff. Responsible for performance management of direct reports. Fosters a positive working environment to lead and influence employee morale and engagement
- Provides detailed reporting metrics, including opportunity pipeline, forecast and Salesforce productivity information
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that material meet and align with overall sales objectives. Supplies input/feedback for consideration to improve target messaging to specific vertical markets to maximize revenues
- Responsible for key channel partner relationships,



enquiries and participates in identifying and closing strategic channel partner opportunities.
- Develop and execute tactical sales plans that meet or exceed our regional growth objectives including achievement of student enrolment targets
- Make recommendations concerning the strategy and budgets for allocated regions, and managing budgets to ensure a sound return on investment
- Represent LCI at higher education recruitment fairs, conferences, and to make visits to partners and recruitment agents.
- Identifies new opportunities, implements change, resolves issues, gathers competitive information and identifies trends that affect current and future growth of sales and profitability
- Engagement with a wide range of internal stakeholders as required to develop and implement regional strategies.

Job Requirements

- Least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing ideally with exposure to an agency/indirect distribution model in international recruitment
- Proven capability in developing and executing operational and sales strategies and activities
- Results orientated with a proven record of successfully meeting annual sales targets/quotas
- Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challenges within this industry
- Ability to build productive long-term relationships with key stakeholders both externally and internally, to achieve your goals
- Ability to produce analytical reports with commentary / recommendations
- Strong leadership experience with proven capability to successfully manage people
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Results orientated with a proven record of successfully meeting annual sales targets/quotas
- Conscientious with a strong desire to see things through to completion
- Good quality senior and long-standing industry relationships;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal with the ability to influence and persuade
- Excellent written/verbal English language and the local language will be an added advantage.
- Highly personable and culturally sensitive with a willingness to work with people of all backgrounds.
