About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Business Services Officer, the role provides comprehensive reception and administrative support across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering a welcoming and professional reception experience for visitors and stakeholders.
- Providing high-quality administrative support and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Managing room and fleet vehicle bookings and coordinating maintenance requirements.
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail and invoices.
- Processing client payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinating property maintenance requests and maintaining relevant registers.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Business Support Services team.

About You To be successful, you will demonstrate:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A proactive, team-oriented, and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience in reception and/or administrative support roles.
- A qualification in Business Administration or equivalent experience will be highly regarded.

You will be required to hold or obtain:

- Right to work in Australia
- Current South Australian Driver's Licence
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
